Privacy
Because we don't log any data from you. As a user you should use our services as normal as possible. we don't had any admin to do monitor to any link that you generate on our services so you as a user and the owner of the link should maintain a good use of our services. we don't support any act that violate any law from any country so do not do anything illegal when using our services.
File and data
reshare isn't a filehosting, all files downloaded from our web isn't hosted by our server. we just provide direct download solution for all user to make it easy to share files like school assignment to business files. so if some of the files had problem with something, the user who upload it and the place where our files shared should be responsible to any means.
Prohibited content
Even if we said we allow all content to be shared to wherever user want to share. we still had some content that you should not be shared with our services. which is Pornography, nudity, sexual content, and any offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material is also strictly prohibited. You must not use our services to host that type of content. if you do, and we know you doing it, we will delete the content.
Claim and Dispute
all claims or disputes that occur due to one or more shared urls from reshares will be resolved by the user who uploaded the file. and where the link was found (usually shared on websites or social media). we do not participate in any type of action taken by users, and we stand firm in our stance listed on this page. where we always try to keep abreast of applicable laws and also make every effort to remove content that we categorize as prohibited. all matters relating to disputes must be carried out with the user who generated the file with the disputing party in which case we as a service provider are not involved at all.
